About the Role

Are you passionate about healthcare and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and medical marketing? Join Vantive as an Intern – Clinic Project, where you’ll contribute to key initiatives that enhance medical education and awareness in the field of End-Stage Kidney Disease across the Asia Pacific region.

What you'll do:

Provide Project Management support for launch of Vantive Learning Services Hub

• Consolidate requirements and PD resources for countries in APAC
• Support the rollout of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Academy as detailed below:
• PD academy expansion program to Taiwan, India in 2025. 
• Monitor impact of PD academy by using pre-set key performance indicators and consolidate the participation rate and course completion details

 Develop Quarterly PD Scientific Evidence Snapshot newsletters

• Summarize selected journal publications or key highlights from congresses to support content development for Healthcare professionals and sales team

Project Management Support for PD Champion 2026

• HCP registration for the event
•  Digital and printed collaterals development
• Slide deck preparation.

Vantive Resource center optimization

•  Maintaining and updating the assets (marketing/medical) for APAC resource center 

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Available for a minimum 6-month commitment (full-time preferred)
• Strong interest in the healthcare industry, with a proactive and learning mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
