Position: Technical Service Engineer (Depot)
Work Location: New Phetchaburi Road, Vantive Technical Service Office (Chaisa-nguan Building)
Reporting Manager: Technical Services Supervisor
Normal Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
Travel: Not required
Job Scope: The Technical Service Engineer (Depot or Technical Service Office) is responsible to Perform service activities according to the Procedures and Policies for the products supplied by Baxter within the geographical area of responsibility Depot Technical Service Engineer with accountability for operational KPIs. Install, service and maintain products distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility i.e. within the Depot Service Area.
Job Descriptions:
Installation and commissioning Preventive maintenance Corrective Maintenance and Actions Other supplemental activities related to service.
Establish & maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts.
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
Report all relevant service activity in a timely manner, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
Achieve service level KPIs as set by the Organization from time to time
Establish an excellent partnership with other Baxter functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, QA, RA, finance, IT)
Responsible to ensure Decontamination is performed by trained personal and all documentation is up to date.
Ensure all devices in Depot have WOs/SRs through sampling and Monthly report on SRs opened for more than 30 days.
Responsible for Decontamination compliance and Line clearance during the repair in Depot.
Achieve 100% DEA for complaints in 45 days and/or as per QA target. Escalate issues to the supervisor in timely manner
Documents personal performance and maintenance records on equipment.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of related Engineering such as Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance Service for Medical Device.
Disciplined, able to work independently as well as team members.
Driven to deliver high quality service & Customer focused.
Practical level of English Communication.
Proficiency of Computer skills such as MS Office.
