岗位职责: 1.  负责执行公司制定的销售策略，并制定和执行所管辖区域的市场开发及增量维护计划； 2.  负责开发和维护指定区域的客户，带领团队进行学术推广并确保完成公司下达的年度工作目标； 3.  负责组织和实施公司产品在负责区域内的各项市场活动和项目的执行，维护公司的品牌形象； 4.  了解负责区域的竞品情况、市场动态，提交相关市场的分析报告； 5.  实施有效的客户学术推广计划，并在学术拜访中建立并发展良好的合作关系； 6.  监督市场业务计划的执行情况，并提出与销售工作相适应的合理性建议； 7.  合理制定团队人员的绩效管理和教导工作，同时负责团队人员发展。

任职资质: 1.  本科及以上学历，医药相关专业； 2.  6-8年以上医药行业工作经验，其中至少2年同等岗位的外资团队管理经验，ICU或外科、肾科销售背景优先； 3.  具备良好的沟通协调、团队管理和辅导能力，良好的市场洞察力和商业敏锐度； 4.  具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通、客户管理、区域管理技能，具有严格的团队管理标准和能力。 5.  具备良好的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务、合规意识 6.  有责任心，具有良好的抗压能力； 7.  目标导向，注重绩效管理，勤于跟进指导，善于辅导激励；
