The App and Analytics Team, part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE), is responsible for driving data analytics, automation, and the effective management of procurement platforms such as Coupa. This team focuses on building and maintaining tools that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the procurement function. Through advanced analytics, process automation, and digital transformation, the team enables procurement to deliver value and innovation across the organization.

Position Overview

The Senior Associate Analyst – Coupa Platform Administrator will play a critical role in managing, administering, and enhancing the Coupa platform to support procurement processes and initiatives. This position will focus on ensuring the platform's optimal performance, implementing new modules, and enabling additional functionality to meet the evolving needs of the procurement organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Coupa administration, a deep understanding of procurement processes, and a commitment to driving innovation.

Key Duties

• Administer and maintain the Coupa platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements for new functionality and enhancements within Coupa.

• Implement and configure new Coupa modules and features to support procurement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Coupa platform, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

• Define and implement best practices for Coupa platform usage, including user training and support.

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other procurement and ERP systems.

• Analyze platform usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, configuration settings, and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements within the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in administering and managing the Coupa platform or similar procurement systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of Coupa, including module configuration, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and their integration with procurement platforms.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in procurement systems.

• Understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.

• Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and configuration management.

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations in a collaborative environment.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
