Job Overview
The DATA Enablement Business Lead – Corporate Functions is a strategic role within the Data Center of Excellence, responsible for aligning data practices with corporate function goals (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.), driving governance, enabling automation through platforms like Pega and Power Automate and supporting for AI initiatives. This role combines data stewardship, business alignment, and business analysis for RPA initiatives, ensuring that data and automation solutions meet enterprise standards and deliver measurable value.
Core Responsibilities
Business Alignment & Governance
Partner with BPOs and BRMs to align data and automation strategies with business objectives.
Lead initiatives in Data Relationship Management, Process Standards, Citizen Development Standards, and Change Management & Training.
Drive Information Governance, Data Governance, and AI Governance across corporate functions.
Develop and deliver training programs to promote data literacy and governance adoption.
Data & Information Management
Oversee Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Domain Management, and Records & Information Management (RIM).
Champion Governance via Code to automate and standardize data governance practices.
Ensure data readiness for ERP transformations, system upgrades, and AI integrations.
RPA Business Analysis (Pega and Power AutomateFocus)
Analyze and document “as-is” business processes in collaboration with SMEs.
Identify automation opportunities by assessing process gaps, bottlenecks, and manual workarounds.
Facilitate workshops to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and mockups/prototypes.
Collaborate with Pega / Power Automate developers and architects to design workflows aligned with business needs and platform best practices.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and solution alignment.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate automation functionality, and assist in issue resolution.
Monitor post-deployment performance of Pega solutions, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements.
Support scaling of successful automations across corporate functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data governance, business analysis, or corporate function operations.
Experience with Pega or Power Automate or similar RPA platforms, including workflow design and process automation.
Strong understanding of corporate function data and enterprise processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing and scaling RPA solutions using Pega or Power Automate.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to corporate function data.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and automation workflows.
Experience in test strategy, data migration, and post-deployment optimization.
