Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Medical device installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting in different hospitals
• Provide emergency technical service when in need during day-off
• Handle inquiries, provide technical advice and consultation to customers
• Prepare technical specification document, service quotation and post service reports to customers
• Achieve all technical service performance objectives / indicators
• Support and assist sales and marketing team for any business issues technically
• Control spare parts usage in proper manner

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Fresh graduated is highly welcomed
• Registered electrician of Grade A is an advantage
• Good attitude towards working and customers
• Hard working and willing to work overtime
• Good team player
• Effective working style, result oriented
