Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Buildstrategiccommercialplan.Preparematerialsforproductbrochureproduction,salespresentation,sales data analysis and forecasting.
- Workwithsalesteamcloselytoprovideexecution supporttobetterutilizesalesaidsandmedicalpublications.
- Responsibleforplanningandexecutingthemarketingactivitieswithintheapprovedoperatingexpenselevel.
- Analyzecompetitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for PD business
- Take project management role for key projects, which normally engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team.
- Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy.
- Basedonsolidmarketunderstanding,developongoingstrategiestosupportportfolioexpansion,ifneeded.
- Workcloselywithinternalandexternalpartiestoensureexcellentexecutionofmarketinginitiatives.
- DevelopsolidrelationshipswithKOLsandpatientassociations(ifany)andensurethatcommongoalsareset and delivered.
- Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, industry associates and government representatives to achieve the objectives of marketing.
- ManagestrongglobalandregionalrelationshipswithrelevantmarketingandsupportfunctionswithinVantive and share best practice as required.
- Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Atleast3-5yearsof marketing experienceinmedical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’sDegreeinPharmacy/Science/Business Administration/Marketingorequivalent
- Proventrackrecordforconsistencyinperformancewithinsalesor marketingfunction
- Strategicthinking,innovativeandstronganalyticalskillstodrivemarketingplans
