Your Role
The Manager, Learning Operations ensures employees adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies by managing and optimizing the design, implementation and metrics tracking of compliance courses and other functional learning solutions. This role acts as a bridge between HR and Legal as well as partners closely with Vantive course owners and functional leaders in the areas of IT, Quality, Procurement, and Corporate Communications. Success in this role involves driving performance, supporting business goals at a global level, and informing the learning roadmap. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Learning Operations who oversees the areas of learning governance, vendor management, learning spend, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Global Learning Standards
- Support the development and maintenance of Global Learning policies, tools, standards and guidelines; including development and implementation of global standards, periodic evaluation of standards, and their update through input from various stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a standard repository of materials to be leveraged for instructor-led delivery of global courses and the onboarding of team members and promoting learning adoption across the enterprise.

- Global Compliance Course Administration and Delivery
- Manage the global course calendar and optimize the timing of training campaigns and learning initiatives to support business priorities and avoid learner overload throughout the year.
- Maintain global course list and materials repository.
- Effectively oversee each global course launch on an annual basis; including communicate training, create groups and assignment criteria.
- Review course feedback and recommended improvements with global Course Owners based on learner and business data.
- Manage and support campaign launch communications in partnership with the course or policy owner and Corporate Communications, where necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate tracking of course completion data and other metrics based on stakeholder requirements, utilizing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support service desk in answering questions from learners and stakeholders regarding courses and assignments.
- New Hire Assignments
- Manage new hire training assignments to ensure required learning is accurately assigned based on function, geography, worker type, compliance requirements, and business rules.
- Establish assignment sequencing and timing that supports onboarding readiness and prioritizes critical day-one training
- Define and manage equivalency processes in partnership functional stakeholders to reduce duplicate training, address special cases, and maintain audit readiness.

- Deliver global training programs on time and in alignment with the annual course calendar, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities.
- Maintain strong compliance performance through accurate assignment, completion tracking, timely follow-up, and clear reporting on required learning.
- Provide reliable dashboards, metrics, and insights that enable course owners and leadership to monitor progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions.

- Maintain a pulse on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and mandatory training expectations to support informed learning operations decisions.
- Recommend solutions that strengthen compliance while improving the learner experience and reducing unnecessary training burden.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with global Course Owners to get input for yearly demand plan, review course campaign calendar and identify courses that need to be created, revised, or sourced from vendors.
- Engage development partners (in-house or vendor) to coordinate development of new courses or
- revision of existing courses, communicate stakeholder requirements and oversee project timelines.
- Partner closely with global Course Owners and Legal to ensure that mandatory learning offerings from global functions meet regulatory and compliance requirements and facilitate global alignment, where appropriate.
- Consult with functional leaders and the learning engagement team to understand learning needs and align initiatives with business priorities; equip learning engagement team with updated communications regarding global course calendar, special audience needs, and completion metrics.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to understand interdependencies and timing to coordinate and optimize communications and program launch activities.
- Report required metrics to senior leadership and equip Course Owners with metrics to report to their respective functional leadership as requested.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide responses aligned to sustainability reporting and compliance requirements, demonstrating how learning programs and controls support ongoing adherence.

- Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in compliance training oversight and instructional design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, Forms
- Experience with SharePoint architecture and development of permissions, lists, and page design
- Relevant knowledge and / or experience with instructional design principles preferred
- Relevant experience in evaluating training effectiveness preferred
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
