Your role at Vantive
We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Talent Management to join our growing Global Talent Management team. This critical role will shape and lead initiatives that drive change, culture adoption, organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee experience across our global footprint.
As a thought leader and practitioner, you will partner with senior executives and HR colleagues to embed a value and purpose-driven culture. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in organizational culture, change management, leadership and team development, and employee engagement, particularly within large multinational organizations.
What you'll be doing
Employee Experience & Culture
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Build strategies to embed and evolve company’s culture values and behaviors across the organization and within talent processes and practices.
Change Management
Champion and implement robust change management strategies to support transformation and growth efforts.
Act as a coach and advisor to senior leaders and managers on managing change, transitions, and creating a positive employee experience.
Organizational Development & Effectiveness
Design and execute strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, structure design, and capability building in alignment with Vantive’s strategic priorities.
Facilitate strategic alignment across business units through org assessments, diagnostics, and redesign efforts.
Collaborate and co-lead the design and production of critical leadership operating mechanisms (e.g. VLM Vantive Leadership Meeting).
Competency Framework Development & Implementation
Design and implement Vantive’s competencies framework that aligns with business strategy, organizational culture values, and talent development needs.
Partner with business and HR leaders to integrate competencies into talent processes including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.
Leadership & Team Development
Design and lead high performing teams’ programs and other scalable leadership development initiatives
Coach and advise senior leaders to build high-performing, inclusive, and resilient teams.
Facilitate leadership sessions, off-sites, and team effectiveness workshops as needed.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop compelling presentations, reports, and toolkits to influence different stakeholders’ groups (e.g. senior leaders, people managers, all-employees).
Translate complex ideas into engaging, executive-ready content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva and SharePoint.
What you'll bring
A bachelor’s degree or country equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Training & Development or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
Proven experience leading global talent initiatives in large, matrixed multinational organizations.
Expertise in culture transformation, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and training pro.
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels, including executives.
Highly skilled in facilitation, executive coaching and stakeholder management
Strong communication and consulting skills
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and bias for action.
Exceptional PowerPoint skills – must be able to build professional and persuasive presentations ability to tell effective stories, design visually compelling user guides and training materials
Strong Excel and SharePoint skills
Master’s degree or certifications in OD, Coaching, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
We understand compensation is a principal factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 - $204,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
