Position Overview & Critical Responsibilities
- Responsible for Vantive’s portfolio of digital products and solutions in the EMEA region and builds comprehensive strategies to execute on our digital and commercial objectives
- Key leader in Market Development efforts for digital health portfolio, including HCP education, KOL development, and pursue market access and reimbursement initiatives in partnership with Global Market Access team
- Partners with America’s Region President, heads of marketing, heads of sales, and technical installations/support teams to build/promote/execute on region/country digital commercialization strategies in line with larger Vantive digital health strategy
- Works with Digital Enterprise Management leadership and Solution Operations Manager and Architects to build commercial tools needed to implement digital programs
- Works with region marketing and sales to educate commercial teams and customers on the value proposition of our full comprehensive solution and customizes offerings to most effectively enable success
- Represents Vantive as the subject matter expert and digital solutions executive leader with large customers and opportunities
- Builds commercially enabled programs and rollout plans for our solutions and individual products to maximize messaging and selling potential into the market
- Tracks and measures key KPIs to provide insights into program successes and opportunities for improvement including customer success metrics to inform future development and improvement opportunities
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, change management leadership, and a strong ability to partner and influence across cross-functions and regions to communicate / accelerate execution of the roadmap.
- Responsible for leading and developing a high performing team of digital health professionals (3-6 individuals), reinforcing the company’s cultural values.
- Regional travel expected up to 50%.

Key Qualifications
- 10-15+ years commercial experience in healthcare, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical device, software, and diagnostics.
- 5+ years in sales leadership over digital health technologies, including upstream marketing / innovation, and commercializing solutions at scale across several geographies
- Demonstrated leadership experience in scaling products within a dynamic environment, including developing vision and strategy and working with a diverse set of stakeholders to execute.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a high-performance team.
- BS/BA required; MBA strongly preferred.
