Summary

The Therapy Specialist is responsible for training and promotion of products and peritoneal dialysis therapies to clinical stakeholders of Nephrology, working with the sales team.

This is a strategic role from a therapeutic perspective and will have an important impact for the reputation of the company, with the responsibility to properly manage drugs and devices for life-saving therapies.

The job will be performed over the local territory, through a fine tune with commercial business objectives and to the guidelines provided by commercial leads of the same area, with the supervision of the competent Sales Manager.

The activity will be mainly focused across the following regions: Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, but you will support the team on a national basis, when required.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the activities related to educational, technical and clinical support in dialysis centers and provide information on how to use products or services properly for the Peritoneal Dyalisis therapies
• Organize and deliver trainings for medical, clinical and technical staff on how to use devices and drugs properly
• Plan and support training sessions and workshops for customers with MKT, Sales Manager and Medical area
• Manage training material and questionnaires in order to assess efficiency of training activities
• Provide technological updates (hw and sw) of medical devices to hospital staff
• Support clinical and medical staff by phone or digital tools
• Monitor competitors’ strategies, in order to update marketing and sales team
• Report daily activities through internal systems

What you will bring

• A scientific degree or relevant equivalent experience is desirable
• Experience in dialysis therapies and devices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle debating situations ensuring good performance also in complex organizations
• Ability to run more projects simultaneously  
• Goal-oriented approach, to achieve productivity and sales objectives, in coordination and with active support vs sales team and Sales Manager
• Proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of MS apps and technological HW/SW tools
