Oversee the integration of TMS with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
Ensure that the TMS is optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability, particularly in high-volume transportation and logistics environments.
Manage the customization and configuration of the TMS to meet evolving business requirements, including workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Lead technical projects related to the TMS, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, supply chain management, and logistics teams to ensure the TMS is effectively supporting operational needs.
System Maintenance & Support:
Lead efforts to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot TMS system malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuously monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement improvements to enhance overall TMS efficiency, uptime, and user experience.
Ensure the TMS system adheres to organizational security protocols, industry regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., data protection, audit trails).
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights to management and business teams, helping them to optimize transportation operations and decision-making.
Oversee the integration of real-time data feeds from carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners into the TMS to enable accurate and timely reporting.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess transportation efficiency, cost savings, and other logistics objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve transportation management processes within the TMS to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve delivery performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest TMS trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the platform.
Work to automate transportation processes, from route optimization to carrier management, through the TMS to improve operational efficiency.
