Support new project process evaluation and conduct validation,continually improve the current process and update related document; focus is on optimization for the use of raw materials, equipment and personnel in producing good quality products and define/optimize the SOP of production operation,details as below,

1.Apply the tools such as Lean, 6 sigma, IE to improve the current process and operation, ensure that the production on the shift provides products to our customers on time with the correct quantity and potency, which is produced at the most effective cost and optimal process efficiencies in compliance with regulations.

2.Responsible for new projects related to production, and translate the new projects into normal operation process.

3.Responsible for production validation involve in process validation, cleaning validation, production equipment validation.

4.Continues improvement control systems in routine operation to eliminate and prevent error. The control systems include quality assurance process, EHS process, TPM process and so on.

5.Establish and develop all production related documents and processes. 6.Evaluate all the available resources the maximum the production capacity.
