Improved Patient Experience by Enhancing Patient Satisfaction & Outcomes.Drive Resource & Budget optimization for Patient Support Programs
-Budgeting for the Clinical Services basis on the monthly cost
•Manage resource allocation to optimize patient care and operational efficiency
Drive Performance Excellence in Clinical Services
•Review and evaluate the performance of the clinical team and third-party programs
•Provide feedback to TL & SM on therapy achievements
Drive Therapy Awareness for Patients by training the clinical team and providing Patient education materials
•Setting up Training calendar to enhance onboarding and learning experience of Clinical team
•Patient education materials for Patient trainings in collab with Marketing & MA
•Conducting Monthly training Sessions and assessment for the CS.
Implement Operational Excellence in Patient Support & Data Management to Maintain Accuracy, Confidentiality & Regulatory Compliance
•Annual plan & forecast of patient numbers
•Identify potential service providers for Patient Support Programs
•Renewal of contracts basis on the program review
•Set Performance goals and objectives for the Clinical team
•Ensure Publishing of therapy reports as per the timeline
•Setting up tools & protocols to improve patient data capturing
•Reconciliation of AE / Peritonitis reports with PV & RHC
Improved Patient Experience by Enhancing Patient Satisfaction & Outcomes
•Travel patient support through coordination with RHC & Sales team
•Follow up on patient escalations beyond the TAT to ensure patient support
•Evaluate patient satisfaction by driving feedback surveys
