We are seeking a Supply Chain Project lead to manage the transition of drug label changes as part of Vantive's separation from Baxter. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and directly contribute to patient safety and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of label changes for drugs across 7 major plants and 2,000 product-country codes.
Address delays/issues in coordination with manufacturing plants.
Monitor the production ramp-up of Vantive-labelled products.
Lead a data analyst and collaborate with regional leads, reporting to ISC/SMO/SteerCo.
Translate business needs into innovative solutions, addressing risks and bottlenecks.
Facilitate functional workshops and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Drive global alignment by integrating and implementing best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare services, or pharmacy services.
2+ years of experience managing large-scale or multi-faceted projects, ideally in the healthcare sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet timelines.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in executing label updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
