Baxter bietet ein breites Portfolio an lebenswichtigen Renal- und Hospital Products an. Diese umfassen die Akut-Dialyse sowie Heim- und Zentrumsdialyse, sterile intravenöse Lösungen, Infusionssysteme und -geräte, Zytostatika, parenterale Ernährung, Biomaterialien für die Chirurgie und Anästhetika; zusätzlich Automatisierungs-Software und Geräte sowie Dienstleistungen für die Apotheke.
Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.
Für das Jahr 2025 bieten wir folgenden Ausbildungsberuf an:
Kunststoff-/Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verarbeitungsverfahren wie z.B. Spritzgießen auswählen und anwenden
- Anlagen bedienen, verfahrensspezifische Steuerungs- und
Automatisierungstechnik anwenden
- Drücke in steuerungstechnischen Systemen überprüfen und einstellen
- Programmabläufe anhand von Funktionsplänen nachvollziehen und
überwachen
- Fehler und Störungen im Produktionsablauf eingrenzen, Maßnahmen ergreifen
und dokumentieren
- Ihr Können zeigen Sie uns „on the job“
Ihr Profil
- Sie besitzen mindestens eine gute mittlere Reife
- gutes technisches Verständnis
- Interesse an automatisierten Fertigungsprozessen
- Zuverlässigkeit, sorgfältiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit
Wir bieten
- eine 3- jährige Ausbildung – je nach Vorkenntnissen (z. B. Abitur) oder bei
guten Leistungen ist eine Verkürzung der Ausbildungsdauer möglich
