Purpose of this position:
The Accounting and Query Resolution Analyst that holds this position will be responsible mainly for Queries Management received from our internal and external customers until resolve them properly. The queries will be related to invoice processing, payments, and customer service. Prepare, perform activities related to month end close and KPI’s (Integrities, Open, Reporting, Issues), and additional activities as required, the process will be focused on Americas Region.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Work with BSS Centers personnel and key stakeholders to address and resolve queries received from internal and external customers focused on solve the issues on a timely manner aligned with our main KPI’s.
- Identify and present root causes analysis in regards queries received.
- Educate internal customers and suppliers on the use of self-service solutions, where appropriate.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with ERPs such as JDE, GME, Coupa and Kyriba.
- Resolve any interface issue and / or addressed it correctly and timely to the proper team / person.
- Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Month end Close activities. (Reporting and Deliverables).
- Comply with Corporate Policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- Ensure the understanding of audit processes held by the country entities and the implications of those.
- Provide in a timely manner any support documentation requested by any audited process.
- Have sense of urgency and inform in a timely manner to the supervisor of any potential issue that might impact the operation.
SCOPE
To provide support and high-quality service to Americas internal and external customers in P2P area. It is important also that the person has excellent customer service skills and to be a team player.
The person in charge of this position should be analytical and have strong skill to solve issues, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to details, willingness to learn, ability to follow procedures and positive attitude to achieve the objectives of this area.
Should have Functional Knowledge in the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, good written and oral communication skills, in the specified language(s).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting
- At least 2 year of experience in similar positions
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel
