Position: Technical Service Engineer (Depot)
Work Location: Vantive Vietnam Technical Service, HCMC (Saigon View Building)
Reporting Manager: Senior Technical Services Manager (Based in Malaysia)
Normal Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00

Job Scope: The Technical Service Engineer based in Technical Service Office in HCMC. This role is responsible to Perform service activities according to the Procedures and Policies for the products supplied by Vantive within the geographical area of responsibility Depot Technical Service Engineer with accountability for operational KPIs. Install, service and maintain products distributed by Vantive in the defined area of responsibility i.e. within the Depot Service Area.
Job Descriptions:
Installation and commissioning Preventive maintenance Corrective Maintenance and Actions Other supplemental activities related to service.
Establish & maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts.
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
Report all relevant service activity in a timely manner, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
Achieve service level KPIs as set by the Organization from time to time
Establish an excellent partnership with other Vantive functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, QA, RA, finance, IT)
Actively participate in local sales/communication/marketing meetings where appropriate.
Responsible to ensure Decontamination is performed by trained personal and all documentation is up to date.
Review Monthly Pest control report along with Quality and escalate any issue or support needed coordinate with Supplier in case of any additional requirements.
Coordinate facility maintenance activities and documents.
Responsible to ensure Calibration of Depot equipment performed on time and coordinate with TS coordinator.
Documents personal performance and maintenance records on equipment.
Plans parts vital for service and PM and maintains proper system inventory records.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of related Engineering such as Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance Service for Medical Device is preferable.
Disciplined, able to work independently as well as team members.
Driven to deliver high quality service & Customer focused.
Practical level of English Communication.
Proficiency of Computer skills such as MS Office.
