• Manages and coordinates 3PL operations effectively and efficiently
• Supervises receipt and distribution of all products from the warehouse and employee

workload as required to optimize staff effectiveness

• Responsible for ensuring that customer orders, complaints, and requests are processed in a

timely, accurate, and cost effective manner 

• Develops and implements effective systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the operation
• Monitors warehouse services and determines best methods to overcome obstacles while maintaining acceptable service levels
• Insures all 3PL employees are properly trained according to Baxter customer operations, compliance and ethics standards; serves as escalation point for employees with problems; takes proactive steps as appropriate
• Reviews and answers inquiries from customer service, customers, sales, vendors, and Management; uses judgment and diplomacy to handle complaints and resolve issues
• Responsible for implementing procedures to meet local legislation and regulations
• Administers and supports all standard operating and quality procedures
• Assists in the supervision of product recalls, field corrective actions, and product returns
• May participate in budget and forecasting processes along with other projects as requested
• Supports inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of products inventory by sku along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations
• Develops and initiates weekly, monthly reports having required delivery timelines and metrics
• Analyzes and logs purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost
• Oversees and monitors availability of stock to reduce shortages
• Negotiates and supports logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics provider assists yearly budget goals
• Ensures to process orders and on-time delivery
• Plans and arranges logistics required shipments
• Identifies enhancement opportunities and suggests solutions for improvement to top management
• Assists audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals
