Are you passionate about numbers and eager to explore the world of finance operations? Step into the exciting world of Accounts Payable at Vantive, where your internship will give you hands-on experience that truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you’ll be a key part of our finance team — helping ensure our payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work on real-world finance tasks that build the foundation of a successful career.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Enter invoice and payment data to support accurate and timely invoice processing
• Ensure all documentation is properly captured, filed, and stored
• Help identify process gaps and suggest improvements — your ideas count!
• Route invoices and correspondence to the right internal stakeholders
• Support various AP functions and assist wherever needed

 What We’re Looking For:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail
• Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Preferably with basic knowledge of accounting, business systems, or finance processes
