For future state Vantive strategy, in addition to  keeping pace with industrial competitive advantage, and preparing for future state regulatory compliance  we have identified a number of ISC areas where we need expertise in the identification an deployment of advantages future state technology,  while simultaneously being capable of supporting at an expert level ongoing operations (CAPA’s) and the successful optimisation of currently deployed technology.

For the moment these comprise of the following business critical skills sets

• Digitalisation / AI / Automated Vision / Autonomous Automation/ Data Analytics. Etc    ( Process data capture to improve process capability)
• Plastics Processing ( materials , formulation compliance /  container fabrication / sealing etc etc )  – Current & Future state ( Core to everything we do)
• Moulding  ( Materials , asset management, future state design for manufacture etc. )
• Sterilization ( All Methods of Steam, ETO, Gamma etc all fundamental to our business )

We are looking for a senior Leader with a broad level of knowledge and Industrial experience in this technology space who can  translate Vantive strategy into directional correct actions  for this team, while at the same time  optimising there output.
