Haemodialysis (HD) Senior Account Manager – Field Based
Territory England & Wales.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled and high-performing professional to lead, develop and drive sales growth within our HD portfolio across England & Wales. You have a proven and demonstrable track record of delivering results, extensive experience in medical device sales with preferably HD/renal knowledge. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with direct sales in support of profitable growth goals as well as providing a high level of support and service to our NHS and Private Healthcare customers.
Your team
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working closely with a team of therapy specialists who provide clinical support and education. In conjunction with the Therapy Specialists, you will develop and execute together on the commercial plan.
This is a national field-based role with frequent travel throughout England & Wales.
What you’ll be doing
- Presenting clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector including clinicians and C Suite stakeholders.
- Develop, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy, as well as the ability to identify and act upon local opportunities.
- Portfolio sell to maximise growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choice for our customers.
- Maintain a sense of urgency in closing existing opportunities while qualifying and developing new leads.
- Contribute to the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity, tender submission and post-tender follow up.
- Develop collaborative relationships to defend existing business base, via customer support, service and differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition.
- In conjunction with the clinical team train and educate healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate and effective use of Baxter Products to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Work within the ABPI guidelines in UK.
What you’ll bring
- Strong Medical Device sales background or able to demonstrate high level of knowledge aligned to relevant therapy area.
- Individual and group selling skills, as well as effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.
- Proven C Suite stakeholder engagement with value-based selling.
- Strong negotiating skills with proven ability to close contracts.
- Competent with sales data and market analysis to inform activity and ensure a focused and results driven return on time.
- Competent with using CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses and pipeline funnel management.
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft applications particularly Excel/pivot tables and CRM programs, as well as other electronic selling media.
- Flexible mindset to thrive in a constantly changing external environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
- Well-honed and articulate interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Successful individuals will be analytical, self-motivated, have a written plan, organized, and disciplined
- Tenacious, determined and resilient individual.
