Vantive’s Transformation Office PMO Senior Manager EMEA will lead strategic initiatives to optimize the integrated supply chain network, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the EMEA region. This role requires a forward-thinking professional to manage transformation projects, implement new technologies, champion regional crisis management and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet organizational goals

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain end-to-end program level schedule inclusive of business requirements, and manage performance against it

Integrate project plans at program level creating cost estimation models as required

Negotiate with stakeholders to commit and execute to project plans

Translate strategic vision into program scope and design

Seek out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches and solutions

In partnership with the business and technology teams determines best solutions

Facilitate joint planning with business partners as required in project and program lifecycle

Plan, oversee, and execute large-scale transformation projects within budget and timelines.

Manage resources, schedules, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and troubleshoot issues.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program/project success.

Manage regional Operations crisis management when issues arise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, project management, or related field.

Proven track record of leading successful transformation and construction projects.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, best practices, and technologies.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
