Purpose of the Role:

This role supports the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) function and will be reporting to the Director of ISC Financial Planning and Analysis.  The position requires leading the coordination with plant and/or function leadership, regional, global finance, and other cross functional stake holders across the financial planning and analysis activities.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the planning process related to Capital Management (Plan, Forecasts, LRP) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide financial and business support to ISC Strategy Management and Capital Management for Capital Spend to the plant(s) and function leaders enabling optimal business decisions. 
• Lead the preparation/presentation of the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, periodic LBE’s working closely with functional leadership. Participate and lead monthly reviews of results.
• Lead ad-hoc analysis requests for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision making.
• Lead driving improved data analytics for the LRP/Capital investments.
• Manage verification of financial impact from company wide simplification and improvement initiatives.
• Lead the execution of the global financial initiative’s alignment with functional leaders along with updates in global FP&A process.
• Lead and improve the Capital Management process in consultation with functional leaders.
• Act as trusted business partner, leveraging financial, and business expertise to drive financial decisions.
• Using Capital forecasts to generate Depreciation forecasts that dovetail with the usual P&L process and submission timetable
• To provide adequate insight to the drivers of Management performance to enable functional leaders and Senior leadership to understand the performance and forecast
• To undertake periodic reviews of processes and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency and to ensure that practices continue to meet appropriate regulations
• Ensuring discussion with cross functional teams to gather information required for Business Case analysis and providing critical inputs
