Your role at Vantive
Ensure, through the appropriate design, implementation, and monitoring of commercial strategies, the achievement of the annual sales objectives defined by each business; foster the efficiency, development, motivation, and competitiveness of the team under your charge; and coordinate the efforts of the different business units and functional areas, thereby strengthening commercial relationships with all channels and segments within the territory.

What you'll do
Design, implement, and monitor sales strategies to ensure compliance with the annual sales budget for the assigned territory for each business line.
Provide support and/or recommendations to the business lines regarding pricing, product, and competition strategies.
Align and guarantee the execution of the strategic plans for each business line.
Build long-term relationships with key clients in the region by generating innovative solutions that meet their financial and clinical needs.
Conduct high-level negotiations with decision-makers, demonstrating the benefits of the Vantive portfolio.
Ensure that contracting processes (tenders, restricted invitations, direct awards) are followed.
Ensure contract completion according to the strategy of each business line.
Strengthen the policy map and client relationships according to the segmentation of each business line.
Identify, validate, and guarantee, together with internal support areas, the critical service parameters that generate value for the client and communicate the service levels provided.
Coordinate client access with Medical Affairs and Market Access according to the strategy of each business line.
Actively participate in meetings and/or processes related to sales, credit, and collections.
Build and validate sales commitments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify the opportunity funnel.
Promote talent development and retention, facilitating the personal and professional growth of its members with appropriate coaching. Field support and a career development plan
Ensure proper management of objectives, strategies, and KPI monitoring to guarantee goal achievement and timely implementation of plans
Ensure the implementation of G2M and the use of corporate tools for documenting commitments and planning activities
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, or a related field (preferably)
3-5 years of experience managing teams.
3 to 5 years of experience managing private and public leaders.
Intermediate level of English required.
Management and generation of corporate and tactical strategies.
High level of relationship management.
Application of sales techniques.
Knowledge of therapies and products.
High level of client relationships.
Communication skills with different levels of internal and external organization.
High level of proficiency in the Business Accumulation concept.
Proficiency in Office suites.
High level of autonomy.
