Nous recherchons au sein du service OPEX un(e) : Ingénieur Excellence Opérationnelle (H/F) CDI

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Excellence Opérationnelle, vous participez à la construction et l’animation de la démarche d’amélioration continue du site dans un objectif de performance de la production. Véritable référent interne, vous incarnez l’état d’esprit attendue autour de l’amélioration continue.

Principales missions :
Vos activités principales dans le cadre de ce poste sont :

• Déployer les standards d’Excellence Opérationnelle définis par le groupe
• Piloter et animer les outils clés de l’amélioration continue pour accompagner la conduite du changement (suggestions d’idées, audits Kamishibai, Total Loss Analysis, 6S, TPM, TIER meetings, OEE…),
• Former et accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes vers l’autonomie et la responsabilisation notamment sur les outils de résolution de problème (8-step, A3, Six Sigma Green Belt) ;
• Animer le processus VIP et participer à l’exécution de la road map de réduction de couts ;
• Participer au déploiement du programme iCare ;
• Capitaliser sur des benchmarking d’amélioration continue internes et externe.

Profil recherché :
Formation supérieure type Ingénieur / master Lean Management ;
Première expérience réussie dans un environnement industriel contraint ;
Gout prononcé pour le terrain, culture industrielle et l’amélioration continue ;
Connaissances des outils d’amélioration continue (Kaizen, 6S, Standardisation,
problem solving…) ;
Qualité organisationnelle et de gestion de projet
Qualité relationnelle : capacité à convaincre, à transmettre, et faire adhérer avec
assertivité ;
