主に、ヴァンティブ宮崎工場宮崎品質管理部化学試験室において、化学試験業務を行う。業務は原材料受入れ試験・インプロセス試験・最終製品試験・安定性試験・システムなどについて化学試験・不溶性微粒子試験を実施する。その他工場の継続的改善活動に参加する。

役割の概要

宮崎品質管理部の化学ラボグループの一員として、医薬品の品質維持を主な業務とし、化学ラボ試験を実施します。定量分析、定性分析、サンプリングなど、ラボで必要な化学試験を実施します。また、製造サポート、設備用水などのシステム試験を実施し、製品の品質とシステムの適切性を確保します。さらに、輸入製品の化学試験および不溶性微粒子試験を実施します。さらに、宮崎工場で製造された製品および輸入製品の日本市場向け製品の安定性モニタリングを実施します。製品の品質に影響を与える変更時の安定性試験を実施します。化学者として、各混合タンク内の原料および添加剤の量を決定するための計算を行い、製造プロセスをサポートします。試験の実施に加え、ラボで使用する機器の検査および点検を行います。当工場における化学関連の検証に参加します。

職務内容

● Vantive品質方針および関連規制・ガイドラインを厳守します。

● 教育を通じて分析技術と原理を理解した後、試験を期限内に厳守します。

● 以下の化学試験および粒子状物質試験を実施し、データを管理します。

　‐ 原材料（API、添加剤など）受入試験

　‐ 調合準備後の各混合溶液の初期試験（深夜から朝方までの作業、手当の支給あり）：週1回実施。

- 工程内試験

- 最終製品試験（不溶性物質試験を含む）

- 輸入製品試験（不溶性物質試験を含む）

- 安定性試験／モニタリング

- プラスチック容器試験

● 作業標準に従って試験を実施し、所定の様式を用いて結果を入力または確認し、試験結果を確認し、品質要求事項を忠実に遵守します。

● 規格外（OOS）が発生した場合は、調査およびCAPA活動を実施します。

● 機器のトラブルを回避し、トラブル発生時には問題を解決するための保守活動を実施します。

● 機器の調整および定期点検をスケジュールし、実施します。

● 在庫状況と有効期限に基づき、試薬、標準品、消耗品を購入します。

● 工場内の改善活動や効率化活動に参加します。

資格 / 学歴 / 経歴

・化学試験（HPLC、AA、滴定法などを用いた分析化学）の経験が2年以上

・医薬品の製造および品質試験に関する知識

・学士号取得が望ましい

・PCスキル（少なくともMS-Word、Excel）

・GMP、リスク管理、データインテグリティ、統計に関する知識があれば望ましい

・英語スキルがあれば望ましい（必須ではありません）
