岗位职责:

• 根据公司的总体战略和市场需求，制定并执行所在区域的市场策略，并按计划带领团队人员在指定区域内开展公司产品的学术推广，达成年度工作目标；
• 负责在指定区域市场活动和项目的执行，维护公司的品牌形象；
• 负责区域团队的建设及管理，确保团队高效运作；
• 确定目标客户和区域架构，建立和维护良好的合作关系；
• 践行道德与合规，及时发现和解决区域问题，做好风险管理，确保业务稳定和可持续发展； 充分了解市场动态，并及时向上级汇报、反馈。

任职资质:

• 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业；
• 8年以上医药行业工作经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验；
• 熟悉医药行业的工作流程，具备专业的临床推广技能和学术知识；
• 具备良好的沟通协调、团队管理和辅导能力，良好的市场洞察力和商业敏锐度；
• 热情、诚实、主动、有冲劲、有责任感。
