We have a new opening in Brackmills Northampton for a Customer Service Coordinatorto join our team on a full-time basis .

This role is responsible for the data management and placement for fulfilment of orders, system maintenance, EDI flows, generating & maintaining data reports within the Back Office Customer Service (Fulfilment) team.

The working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Back Office Customer ServiceCoordinator, you will:

• Daily order processing within predefined timescales

• EDI mapping and maintenance

• Validation and controls on daily order volumes

• Ensure all fulfilment requirements are in place for back orders in line with business SLAs

• Troubleshoot and resolve electronic orders that fail within the order processing system

• Respond to queries and requests within the team’s shared inbox in a timely manner

• Investigate orders that have not reached fulfilment

• Root cause analysis

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (GHX)

• Help in the validation and collation of the reporting requirements (including adhoc reports)

•  Analytical support and dashboard creation

W​hat are we looking for?

• Successful experience in using JDE or Sales Force (and/or any similar systems)

• High volume order processing

• Good problem solving skills (e.g. conduct root-cause analyses )

• Good application of data risk management

• Process driven

• Strong attention to detail / accuracy

• Ability to meet tight deadlines
