Position:Senior Administrator Operations, Technical Services
Work Location: Vantive Old Toongabbie Office (Expected to move to New Office in Victoria Cross, North Sydney soon)
Line Manager:Customer Operations Lead Commercial, Technical Services
Normal Working Hours:Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
Travel:Not required
Job Scope:Reporting to the Customer Operations Lead, Technical services ANZ, this role will primarily focus on customer support and administration support to both Field Service and Depot Service Teams in Australia and New Zealand.
Job Responsibilities:
Call intake and dispatch of field service work orders and workshop reports
Liaising with Field and Depot Service Engineers and other external customers to coordinate technical services efficiently
Invoicing ad hoc service jobs
Set-up, maintain and update customer database system
Prioritizing jobs to meet response times as per individual service contracts
Create, analyze and receipt all technical service purchasing requirements
Preparing customer quotes and processing of purchase orders
Asset transfer, hardware tracking, and discards
Management, planning and control of Service Contract Agreements, revenue and costs stream and ensure timely renewal and facilitate new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in administrator in service engineering team with proven track record of achieving performance targets and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent time management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Take initiative and be adaptable to change
Solid reporting skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Salesforce and Coupa is highly advantageous.
Previous experience in payroll/ finance will be highly regarded.
