The role plays a pivotal role in supporting daily supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining documentation accuracy and ensuring seamless collaborations across teams and vendors.
This role is expected to maintain operational efficiency, ensuring inventory and billing are accurately reconciled, and facilitating clear, timely communication to drive compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments , including booking, tracking and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, not limited to 3PL & 4PL (transporters, customs broker, warehouse team and distributor.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Be compliant and ensure 3PL/ 4PL are in compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs as determined.
- Prepare/work with 3PL reports and dashboard for shipment status and performance metrics.
- Resolve daily shipping/ receiving/delivery issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as planning teams, plant team.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Supervisor/ Manager.
- Optimization of warehouse / inventory space with 3PL & 4PL.
- Ensure 3PL & 4PL are in full compliance with internal/ external SOPs/ regulations as determined.
Minium Required Experience, Skillsets & Qualification:
- Diploma in related field
- Working Experience: min. 2 years in warehouse / logistics environment. Use WMS & JDE is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook
- Strong English written and verbal communication for internal and external coordination
- Familiar with Customs & e-Permit/MDA documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
