Your Role:
Vantive continues to build on a legacy as a leader in kidney care innovation to advance our mission of extending lives and expanding possibilities for patients and care teams everywhere. This role joins in the mission to accelerate innovation of digitally-enabled therapies to meet patient and clinician needs.

  • The Program Manager provides business and execution leadership for one or more large scale projects, holding accountability for project schedule, budget and risks, and interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications.

  • The Program Manager leads project teams through identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes.

  • The Program Manager leads the project team to define the milestones to achieve the launch date commitments and identify and navigate issues and risks associated with those plans.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accountable for core team performance, program schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend.

  • Leads team in defining program strategies, developing goals, clear measurements, and orchestrating team appraisal process.

  • Provides clear direction on product lifecycle management requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business stakeholders.

  • Interacts through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies.

  • Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes.

  • Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA/MS

  • 10 years of product life cycle experience

  • 5 years program management experience with demonstrated success leading digital projects

  • Strong Business Acumen in Digital Solutions

  • Role Model of Core Leadership Values and Behaviors

  • Expertise in all aspects of program management

  • Ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills and vehicles

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams simultaneously in a matrix environment

  • The role thus requires the person to be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

This role is also open to remote candidates within the US who possess the required skill set.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
