MARKET FULFILLMENT ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the inventory level at the final warehouses to identify low-cover and back-order products
- Prepare, present & distribute low-cover reports with commentary
- Work on various inventory/sales analysis for the region, prepare reports based on management requests
- Assess requirements for backorder management and provide updates regarding pipeline & get well dates
- Communicate daily if any production issues are going to impact the supply
- Request ad hoc shipments between warehouses for unforecasted demand
- Implement and oversee BO management for country/cluster/mkt
- Escalate issues relating to backorder/low cover of critical codes
- Identify & highlight high cover codes/excess inventory
- Work on a mitigation plan to avoid any potential discard risks
- Facilitate end-to-end process: contacting QA, Goods In, Planners, Replenishment teams, and Customer Service for information where required
- Prepares, submits, and may explain periodic reports on areas of responsibility (such as detailed cost analysis, plans, and project results)
Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and self-motivational skills;
- Advanced MS Excel, strong technical skills (reporting/analysis)
- Fluent in Czech and English;
- Proactive approach;
- Able to provide data to support & explain reasoning for decisions;
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Three (3) years of combined experience in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, and Customer Service;
- Experience in ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently of close supervision
- Czech Republic work permit
