负责全面管理公司与签约合同销售组织之间的战略合作伙伴关系。该职位是公司与CSO对接的核心枢纽,负责确保CSO团队高效、合规地执行销售策略,达成销售目标,优化资源投入,并维护良好的合作关系,最终推动公司药品 (CRRT置换液) 在目标市场的销售增长和市场覆盖。

Role & responsibility:

1. CSO合作伙伴关系管理:

* 作为公司与一个或多个CSO的主要对接人和关系负责人。

* 建立、维护并深化与CSO管理层及关键人员的战略合作伙伴关系。

* 定期组织并主持与CSO的高层管理会议(如季度业务回顾),回顾绩效,讨论挑战,制定改进计划。
* 处理日常合作中的沟通、协调与问题解决。

2. 绩效管理与目标达成:

* 与内部销售管理层及CSO共同制定清晰、可衡量的绩效目标(KPI),包括销售指标(如销售额、市场份额、新开户数、拜访覆盖率/频率)、活动指标(如有效拜访率)及合规指标。

* 持续监控、分析CSO团队的绩效数据(销售报告、活动报告等),识别趋势、差距和机会。

* 定期(如月度/季度)进行绩效回顾,提供反馈,并与CSO共同制定绩效提升行动计划。

* 确保CSO活动与公司整体销售策略和市场计划保持一致。

4. 运营协调与支持:

* 协调公司内部资源(市场部、医学部、培训部、销售运营、法务合规等)为CSO团队提供必要的产品知识、市场信息、销售工具和培训支持。

* 确保CSO代表及时获得公司产品信息、推广资料、销售辅助工具等。

* 协调解决CSO在实地执行中遇到的运营障碍。

5. 合规与风险管理:

* 确保CSO的所有活动严格遵守公司政策、行业行为准则(如RDPAC准则)以及中国相关法律法规(如《反不正当竞争法》、医药代表备案制等)。

* 监督CSO代表的合规培训与认证情况。

* 监控CSO活动的合规性,识别潜在风险,并推动改进措施。

* 处理与CSO相关的合规事件或投诉(如有)。

6. 数据、报告与分析:

* 收集、整合并分析来自CSO和内部系统的销售、活动及市场数据。

* 定期生成并向上级管理层汇报CSO联盟绩效报告、市场洞察报告及预算执行报告。

* 利用数据分析驱动决策,优化资源配置和合作策略。

任职要求:

教育背景:

本科及以上学历,医药学、市场营销、工商管理、生命科学或相关专业优先

工作经验:

至少年以上医药行业工作经验,至少年以上第三方合作管理相关的经验。具有直接管理或深度参与管理合作伙伴的成功经验者优先。

  • 卓越的关系管理能力:出色的沟通、谈判、影响力和人际交往能力,能够有效管理内外部复杂利益相关者关系。
  • 战略思维与商业敏锐度:理解业务战略,并能将其转化为可执行的CSO合作计划。
  • 强大的数据分析能力:** 熟练运用Excel等工具进行数据分析,并能从数据中提炼洞察,指导行动。
  • 领导力与协作精神:能够跨部门高效协作,在无直接汇报关系的情况下推动工作。
