• 岗位职责

• 根据公司渠道战略，制定并实施区域渠道战略，完成年度销售目标。

• 管理经销商的日常运营，完善和加强渠道管理。

• 优化和管理东部区域的渠道，完成区域销售业绩指标。

• 负责经销商的选择、发展和评估，负责与临床推广团队及市场营销组织协商绩效评估；

• 负责及时的收集市场业务数据，确保业务预测和其他数据的准确性；

• 定期审核经销商付款条约，及时向经销商收取待收款，并对任何潜在的信用风险主动采取行动；

• 任职资质

• 本科以上学历，医疗相关专业或经济学专业优先；

• 5年以上药品商业渠道管理经验，商业客情基础强；

• 良好的内外部沟通与协调能力，且具备一定的招投标、GPO准入经验；

• 有责任感，工作认真仔细，沟通能力强，做事有条理，思路清晰敏捷，公司内部横向、纵向各部门之间的沟通、协调能力，有一定的数字分析能力，优秀的团队合作精神

• 优秀的语言表达和沟通能力，较强的谈判能力和强逻辑思维及数据分析能力，抗压能力强；

• 能接受一定程度出差；
