1. Lead the strategy and the tactical execution of Acute commercial projects and initiatives collaborating.

 2. Support evaluation and analysis of all potential Acute channel management barriers at national/regional level and help identify potential improvement opportunities.

 3. Design and conduct innovative channel sales models to drive CRRT Fluid business growth through new selling model design.

 4. Build and monitor channel management, performance evaluation system and performance tracking system.
