- Oversee and execute company commercial operations programs by coordinating cross-functional and BU teams. • Ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery by creating project plans, identifying dependencies, leading teams, and tracking progress. • Act as the Point of Contact for program updates, bridging communication between project teams, China leadership teams, and global stakeholders. • Apply project management tools/methodologies to analyze critical paths, assess risks, and implement solutions. • Promote project team cohesion and a result-driven work culture. Champion accountability in program execution across teams.
- Qualifications: • 10+ years’ work experience in strategic project management with focus on managing commercial operations program and change management. • 10+ years’ experience in stakeholder management such as conflict resolution, consensus building skills, and an ability to build partnerships and influence beyond the immediate area of responsibility. • Experience in driving process improvements by using tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis and automation. • Experience in managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Outstanding problem-solving skills to identify and resolve team dynamics, project risks, and execution issues with agility and resourcefulness. • Ability to work effectively in multinational/multicultural environments. • Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach. • Fluent in written and oral English.
