Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

1.    Process Audit:
a)    Review machine parameters per Specs & SOPs and challenge sensors, testers etc per Specs & SOPs.
b)    Review PM/ records and activities and whether operators are performing tasks/ Assembly per Specs, SOPs, JIBs.
c)    Gauges are calibrated.

2.    Product Audits:
a)    Check whether product meet specs.

3.    Labels Audit:
a)    Check barcode equipment, ink jet equipment and correct printed materials.

4.    GMP Audit:
a)    Check area for housekeeping, cleaning logs, material segregation, compliance to GMP on people machines, materials.

5.    Batch document Audit:
a)    Check Batch records to see whether they are accurate.
b)    Sub assembly logs are accurate and specs are ‘official copy.
c)    Verification of quality documents and ensures documents for batch release are submitted timely.

6.    Operation issues:
a)    Coordinate on- status memo, raised retention and documentation of activities.
b)    Audit reworked/ 100% inspection procedure and signed off on batch records.

7.    Special projects:
a)    Perform mold approvals and protocol testings.

8.    Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Qualifications/ Education:  

 •    Diploma/ NITEC (NTC/ ITC) GCE ‘O’ level/ Form IV (Mechanical) or equivalent and Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred

Skill Set and/or Experience:  

•    NITEC (NTC/ ITC) with at least 5 years/ Fresh Diploma
•    Good Interpersonal communication skill
•    Working knowledge of following preferred- Quality System, SPC, metrology, blue print reading
