Responsible for issuing/archiving all the quality documents/records orderly by hard copy/electronic system; Responsible for aligning owned SOPs with Corporate Quality Procedure; Perform SOP periodic review; Distribute document number and establish maintain traceability form; Responsible for receiving documents from Corporate, coordinating gap analysis and keeping R&D documents compliance with the policy of Corporate; Responsible for Document Control Room normal operation maintenance; Quality training coordination, incl. but not limited to, providing guidance to BAXUDesk, monthly reporting, audit support, local Training Matrix review, etc;  Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor.
