- Identify unmet customer needs and cost-effective products in assigned product lines and market segments.
- Strategic planning develop and execute marketing matrixes, including market analysis, positioning, competitive landscape assessment, strategy development, and execution tracking to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy.
- Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications. Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure alignment and successful execution of the key strategy imperatives.
- Take project management role for key projects, which normally engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team.
- Develop solid relationships with KOLs and develop/execute B2B materials to deliver win-win strategy with hosptials.
- Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups to gather insights and support product adoption.
- P&L Management Oversee the product budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Education:
- Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data. Skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, messaging, branding, and creative product/program development. Solid business acumen and project management. Strong results orientation.
- BS/BA required with five years experience in marketing.Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
