1. Oversees warehousing, distribution and customer service operation of direct sales to ensure that customers receive the best service at lowest possible cost
2. Manage and monitor operation of contracted 3PL logistics service provider to ensure compliance of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), Vantive policy/ guideline and meet business requirement.
3. Inbound shipment follow up, custom clearance till product arrived in warehouse. Manage and monitor freight in related cost, including freight cost budgeting.
4. Collaborate with 3PL for import damage, exceptional cases and physical goods discard / inventory write off.
5. Collaborate with QA on damage goods, vendor certify, product return, product on hold and recall process (for 4PL business)
6. Lead and maintain trade-compliance processes
7. Designated responsible person for GDP requirement
(1) Management of outsourced activities (GDP section 1.3) & Chapter 7 Outsourced Activities. Monitoring and review of the performance of the Contract Acceptor, and the identification and implementation of any required improvements on a regular basis. (GDP section 1.3)
(2) Qualification of Suppliers (GDP section 5.2)
(3) Destruction of obsolete Goods (GDP section 5.6)
(4) Falsified Medicinal Products (GDP section 6.4)
(5) Chapter 9 Transportation, like emergency deliveries outside normal business hours, control of occurrence of any theft
8. Develops key performance indicators for the 3PL logistics service provider. Creates and implements plans to ensure all performance measures and objectives are met. Analysis of freight cost and logistics service charge (vs budget, vs forecast)
9. Customer integration and requirements - liaise with business units, CS team, Finance and 3PL to ensure customer requirements are met.
10. Interact with broad programs to understand customer requirements and integrating those requirements to develop new logistics processes or practices.
11. Lead or participates country logistics project to drive continuous improvement and cost saving.
12. In charge of logistics related payment, ex 3PL expense, custom broker, physical product discard, etc.
13. In charge of HD 3rd party procurement related coordination and payment.
14. Responsible for stock count (physical count, reconciliation and process inventory adjustment)
15. Label, product insert and IFU printing (Twice a year)

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to articulate and lead process change. Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Must be results-oriented and have the ability to work with different function. Must also have project management skills.
Drives results through vendors and self.
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization, customers and vendors.
Capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought.
Complete, in-depth understanding of all aspects of the business including profitability, logistics operation and service levels.
Ability to work and make decision independently.
Passions to engage in initiatives/projects with broad scope across function

Education and/or Experience:
- BS or BA degree is required or equivalent at least 5 years’ experience in logistics, international trade or customer service operation.
- Good command in English.
- Good skill of ERP system and Microsoft Office
- Supervisory or management experience in supply chain management, distribution, transportation, warehouse management is a plus.
