Responsibility职责

Carry out microbiological tests in all relevant manufacturing according to Baxter standard procedure. Be ownership to keep good laboratory practice.

依据标准操作规程完成所有的与生产相关的微生物实验。遵守GLP。

Provide support for Plant Critical System, (i.e. Sterilization, water for injection system and Compressed Air System), environmental monitoring, sterility assurance, product registration and equipment validation.

为工厂的关键系统（包括灭菌，注射用水和压缩空气系统），环境监控，无菌保证，产品注册和设备验证提供支持。

Specific Responsibilities具体工作职责 Carry out tests for below system requirements
完成下列系统所要求的实验

• Water supply system monitoring. 水系统监控。
• Cleaning area monitoring: airborne particles 、 airborne microbe 、settling microbe and surface microbe. 洁净室监测：悬浮粒子、浮游菌、沉降菌及表面微生物。
• Data entry and verification of LIMS system LIMS系统的数据录入和核对

Perform tests for Raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods as below
完成下列有关原料、中间产品和成品的实验

• Bacterial Endotoxin test.  细菌内毒素实验
• Sterility test.  无菌实验
• Particular Matter test.  不溶性微粒测试
• Microbe test 微生物检测
• Finish record and report on time.
• 准时完成实验记录及报告
• Review sterilization chart record for each batch.  检查每批产品的灭菌报告
• Data entry and verification of LIMS system LIMS系统的数据录入和核对

Perform test for medical devices

执行医疗器械检验

Perform the sampling of API raw materials and water.

执行API原料和水的取样工作。

Perform sampling of compressed air.

执行压缩空气的取样工作。

Be responsible for performing sterilizer qualification.

执行灭菌柜的验证。

Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration in good condition.
完成仪器的维护并确保在有效期内使用。 Ensure the preparation of microbiological testing.
做好微生物实验的准备工作。 Keep test materials (reagent, media and consumptive sets) in good management.
管理好实验所需的原材料（包括试剂、培养基和耗材等）。 Report to supervisor immediately when any out of limit is encountered and implement relative investigation.
当出现异常情况时及时报告主管并完成相关的调查研究。 Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements when handling hazardous materials.
当处理有害废物时应知道并贯彻百特、区域和法规的EHS要求。 Maintain the working areas clean and neat.
负责维持工作区域内卫生。 Give assistance to other team.
给其他团队提供支持。 Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS policy and requirements.
获得EHS的培训，并且当出现不符合EHS政策和要求时应立即报告。 Any other work arranged by Superior.
完成其它由上级安排的工作。

Requirements职位要求

Education background relating biological or pharmacy, College degree.
专科及以上毕业，具有生物学或药学相关教育背景 Be able to read and understand English technical documents.
能够阅读并且理解英文技术文件。 Good data analysis skill, be proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.
良好的数据分析技能，能熟练使用Word, Excel等办公软件 Good human relationship skills.
具有良好的人际关系技能。
