本社オフィスの管理業務を幅広くご対応いただくポジションです！

【業務内容】

• 本社オフィス管理（管理事務所・防災センター・清掃会社・施設メンテナンスを目的とした各種ベンダーとの調整及び連携）

• オフィスファシリティーの管理・調達
• 固定資産管理

• 公印・印鑑証明書・謄本の管理

• 防火防災管理者として防災計画の遂行、及び、防災備蓄品の管理

• 安否確認システムのアカウント管理
• 産業廃棄物対応
• 社外倉庫を利用した文書保管に伴うアカウント管理
• 全社共通備品（封筒・手提げ袋・クリアファイル等）の在庫管理及び発注
• 請求処理業務

• その他の総務業務
• 全社イベント対応、及び、Visitor来訪時における社長室サポート

【求める人物像】

• 日本での５年以上の事務経験
• 総務事務経験
• PC skill

　　-Word (分職作成、表作成等)

　　-Excel (表作成、スプレッドシート、VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル)

　　-Power point

• 英語：ビジネス上の読み書きができるレベル
