Objetivo principal del puesto:

Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria e infraestructura del Centro de Distribución conforme a políticas y procedimientos aplicables del puesto.

Principales Actividades, Responsabilidades y Autoridades:

• Responsable de ejecutar las ordenes de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Mantenimiento Correctivo que emita la Operación
• Apoyo en tiempo y forma a los programas y planes de mantenimiento
• Apoyo a actividades de reconstrucción de maquinaria, siguiendo los procedimientos implantados.
• Cumplimiento del estándar 6`s
• Realizar recorridos para verificar que todas las instalaciones estén al 100%
• Reparación de daños de infraestructura
• Mantenimiento de los equipos de trabajo
• Cumplir las normas establecidas en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales obligatorios y necesarios, así como las funciones y tareas propias de su categoría y puesto
• Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad e higiene industrial
• Mantener en condiciones óptimas de operación equipos productivos basados en tecnología, electrónica, hidráulica, neumática, robótica ejecutando los programas de mantenimiento preventivo predictivo

Escolaridad:

• Preparatoria
• Carrera técnica

Experiencia:

• Mantenimiento de equipos industriales con tecnología mecánica, hidráulica, neumática, electronica.

Conocimientos:

• Manejo de mantenimiento en Infraestructura, soldadura, pintura, plomería.

• Electricidad industrial (Manejo de electricidad de potencia, Seguridad industrial)

• Electrónica Básica

• Sistemas electromecánicos (Bombas, Transportadores, Reductores de velocidad, etc)

• Sistemas Neumáticos (Conocimientos sobre usos de componentes básicos neumáticos, interpretación de diagramas neumáticos)
