Role Overview:

As the EMEA Decision Support Manager, you will provide analytical support and financial insights to enhance strategic decision-making within the Kidney Care business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver accurate financial information and recommendations to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new product development, lifecycle management, and expense optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct exploratory and predictive analytics, including profitability analysis, to inform strategic decisions across EMEA clusters.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess financial impacts, operational needs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze financial and market data to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and anomalies.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and insights for senior management to aid in decision-making.
  • Support FP&A and business teams with inputs for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
  • Engage in compliance-related activities and contribute to internal and external audits as needed.
  • Drive improvements, best practices, and harmonization within the EMEA Commercial Finance Team.
  • Lead and participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Qualified Accountant (Chartered or Management) with audit experience preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and advanced MS Office.
