Your role at Vantive
You will lead and manage end-user computing environment, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and optimal user experience. This role is responsible for implementation of desktop, mobility and virtual computing environments, collaborating with IT support teams, implementing IT security policies, and driving digital workplace transformation initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for End User Computing (EUC) services to enhance productivity and user experience;
- Designing, packaging & implementing the customized Operating System;
- Mentor a team of IT professionals, including desktop support, service desk, and EUS engineers;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align EUC initiatives with business objectives and IT strategies;
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracts for EUC hardware, software, and services;
- Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals;
- Application packaging, SCCM administration & System patch management;
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes for corporate and BYOD devices;
- Support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and MDM solutions for seamless device deployment;
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated IT support issues and maintain high levels of end-user satisfaction;
- Optimize IT service desk operations through automation, self-service portals, and proactive issue resolution.
- Implement and enforce security policies for endpoint protection, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance;
- Administer software updates, and endpoint security across all end-user devices;
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance requirements;
- Work with the cybersecurity team to enhance device security, threat detection, and vulnerability management;
- Drive digital workplace transformation by introducing modern EUC solutions such as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), cloud-based workspaces, and collaboration tools;
- Assess and implement AI-driven IT support solutions, automation, and self-healing technologies;
- Stay up to date with emerging EUC trends, cloud computing, and AI-based IT management to drive innovation;
- Coordinate on EUC-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations;
- Plan and share the EUC budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery;
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, standards, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, or related roles, with at least 2 years in an Operating System packaging & Solution Designing position.
- Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM), Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
- Cross function collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams globally.
