Job description
Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle. Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met. Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within budget. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Oversee project documentation and ensure project records are complete and accurate. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT project management. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of compliance. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
- Pmp (Project Management Professional) Certification
- Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Scrum
- Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Towards Project Goals And Deadlines.
