Your Role
The Learning Technology and Integrations Lead resides in the Global Learning (HR) organization and is the Business System Owner for Vantive’s Learning Management System (LMS); ensuring it delivers value to the organization by aligning its functionality with business needs, managing its lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement. This role is a critical liason between business stakeholders and technical teams in HR IT and Quality IT; translating business needs into technical requirements while ensuring stability and retaining a state of validation. Vantive is currently implementing its own Learning Management System (LMS) on the Cornerstone platform and this role is key to the implementation activities (testing, validation, go live, and hypercare).
What You'll Do
- Integrations
Design, establish, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between the Learning Ecosystem and other enterprise systems (e.g., Content Vendors, HRIS, SSO)
Monitor DMS data flow and logs to ensure seamless and accurate transactions
Collaborate with IT and vendors on interface enhancements or error resolution
- Testing & Validation
Plan and execute end-to-end testing for LMS releases, enhancements, and fixes
Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for quarterly and off-cycle releases
Document test cases, defects, results, and obtain stakeholder sign-off
Perform UAT testing and address feedback
Lead UAT testing with participants where required
- Release Management
Review, configure and test LMS Vendor releases
Assess and recommend whether to “turn on” functionality
Coordinate quarterly LMS releases and patch deployments across environments
Evaluate release notes, identify relevant features, and communicate impact
Lead release readiness meetings and coordinate post-release validation activities
- System Stability
Monitor CSOD platform performance and proactively address system issues or interruptions
Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and drive long-term fixes
Partner with internal IT and LMS vendor support for platform health optimization
- Vendor Escalations
Manage technical escalations with LMS vendor support; raise, track, and drive resolution for tickets
Ensure SLAs and communication protocols are met during escalations
Maintain documentation for vendor engagements and knowledge base articles
- Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams
Establish and maintain relationships with Learning vendors
Gather and translate business requirements into technical configurations
Provide training, guidance, and system support to functional teams
Participate in cross-functional collaboration
Participate in in vendor business reviews
- Business System Ownership
Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency
Identify and resolve data quality issues
Act as the primary contact for the data management process between IT developers and the business
Ensure configurations meet evolving business needs and compliance standards
Track usage analytics and user feedback to inform improvements
- Business Process Ownership
Define, document, and optimize learning-related business processes in CSOD
Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization
Ensure processes align with regulatory and organizational policies
Ownership of Learning Technical Procedures, Requirements and Guidance
- Audit Support
Maintain detailed logs for changes, access control, and system configurations
Support internal/external audits by compiling data and evidence of compliance
Ensure adherence to data security, retention, and privacy standards
- Change Management
Train others as appropriate on system functionality
Develop materials to inform and adopt new functionality
Communicate status, solutions and concerns
Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions
Own and manage the change request lifecycle for CSOD-related updates
Evaluate business impact, align with stakeholders, and obtain approvals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 9-12 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS w/LxP platform; including configuration, administration, release management, integrations, and validation
- Solid understanding of system testing, release cycles, and change control processes
- Working knowledge of validation related tasks and activities
- Experience with SSO, API integrations, and enterprise HR systems (e.g. HCM, Content Vendors)
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting compliance/audit requirements.
