We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance BI Analyst with a strong background in financial data analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI, and will focus on delivering actionable insights across key financial domains, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, and Service Management.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights into AR, AP, Cash Management, and Service Management performance.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and service teams to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive financial and operational performance improvements.
  • Develop, automate, and optimize financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance to business stakeholders.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics across financial processes, providing regular updates and alerts for any deviations or opportunities.
  • Document reporting processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Train and support team members in effectively using dashboards and understanding key insights derived from reports.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or financial analytics, with a focus on AR, AP, Cash Management, and/or Service Management.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, with demonstrated experience in creating complex dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large and complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, metrics, and key performance indicators in AR, AP, Cash Management, and Service Management.
  • Experience with SQL or other  data extraction techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other data visualization tools or platforms beyond Tableau and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics purposes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced finance or service management environment.
