Our requirements

•    Students and fresh graduates with a background in financial studies or  linguistics/philology are preferred.
•    Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
•    Good command of English language is essential.

Note: The internship is available only for candidates who can work in Warsaw, Poland, and are available for the on-site internship four days a week. All applicants must have valid student status and be below 26 years old.

What can you expect

•    Paid 10-week internship with Fridays off (you will be working 4 days per week, and have Fridays to rest and take advantage of the summer).

What Will You Learn

During the internship, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in finance or other teams. Our comprehensive program will provide you with valuable insights into:

A2R (Account to Report)

•    Learn about financial transactions and their recording, analysis, and reporting in compliance with global accounting standards.
•    Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
•    Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

IT Department

•    Acquire hands-on project management skills through practical application in multinational projects.
•    Learn how to utilize project management processes in real-world settings.
•    Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

Global Supplier Quality

•    Gain knowledge of Supplier Management in a Healthcare company.
•    Learn how to manage a large supplier database.
•    Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

Office and Engagement: 

•    Organize external and internal meetings, including town halls.
•    Prepare agendas for business visits in the Warsaw office.
•    Maintain the reception area while adhering to office procedures, rules, and regulations.
•    Manage the online desk book system.
•    Support engagement events
•    Work collaboratively with an experienced international team.

•    Start Date: 1st of July
•    Duration: min. 10 weeks
•    Work Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)
•    Location: Vantive Warsaw Office, Powiśle (a vibrant district in the centre of Warsaw)
